This is just the reality of AK parts and you got unlucky. Maybe you could fill the gap with JB weld. which would act like a bedding of sorts and minimize wobble. People sometimes like to accurize their rifles by filling gaps with semi-squishy stuff like glass epoxy because it makes things tigther. You don't wanna glue them together but instead you goop some on one part and then file it away until it fights with some pressure.

Lay some masking tape around the parts you don't want high heat JB weld and then lay it on there. You now have a file-fit part. JB weld can be painted to so nobody but you will know its bubba'd. Its annoying but thats what I would do if I were you and didn't want to spend anymore money.
