The game was never actually dead, this was stated right after the battle. And the game emphasizes that as long as there are artists, fans, players, the game can't actually die. It's not the sort of destruction you're thinking of, it's just losing the players.

Not just the Hero, watch the cutscene after the battle and pay attention to the dialogue. And the "Death of Games" is killing games via losing player retention, not actually erasing the concept and existence of them. The dialogue before and after the battle shows this.
Also shutting the game down > shutting down a server anyway. Since the game can still be running with a server shut down. Also, Undertale's game actually shuts down irl, while your server in AQWorld during that cutscene doesn't shut down irl. So I can't really equate these two or say AQWorld is more impressive. In other words, Chara wins.
