Okay so, back in season 3, they made a joke about Buford inexplicably having life-sized molds of everyone.

They never explained it, and the show just ended after season 4.
Now, many years later, the show got revived for 2 more seasons, and in one of the episodes, they reveal he uses the molds to make suits of everyone in Danville.

Candace tries using the suits to bust the boys, but as usual, it doesn't work.
However, at the end of that episode, one of the suits gets hit with an inator that brings it to life, and one of the latest episodes follows up on that, with the now living suit trying to "be worn" by people, namely Jeremy, Doofenshmirtz, and Candace.
