Today's gymcel sesh
2 km sprint
3x8 30 kgs db split squats (focusing a bit on flexibility by placing the leg not used even further behind)
3x12 70 kgs, 72,5 kgs, 75 kgs leg curls
3x4 122,5 kgs calves (new pr, but the losing one rep on adding 2,5 kgs checks out so it should not be thought of as having made progress)
2 km moderate pace jog
I think I should have been able to hit 9 reps instead of 8 on the split squats had I not decided to sprint beforehand.
