Meh I don't think ancient mesopotamian is a relevant enough aesthetic (nevermind an extant one) for there really being stereotypes.
The only thing that I can realistically see being 'problematic' is the hooked nose, it's not like tusks or ringed beards are a well-known racial stereotype or anything. Hell you can even see this in the forgeworld range, the noses are pretty normal sized, while the beards and tusks remain. It's not really a new decision at all honestly
