Hi /cg/ any good intro youtube video/documents on how to get into 3d prints? Can people these days just download file from the internet and 3d print them without knowing much about technical details? What is a good beginner friendly, but also capable 3d printer these days?

I want to start with just very basic things, printing inanimate objects like wall panels for shelf diorama. But eventually I hope I can 3d print headsculpts, faces, etc. for customs. Where/how to start?
