I'm >95% confident she knows due to having seen my tabs open on 2-3 occasions when I didn't know she was behind me, and I know for a fact that she knows about the game and its themes despite us never having discussed it between each other. More importantly though, there was one different, even more informative lapse on my part. A few months ago, as I was showing her stuff on my computer, at one point I clicked the browser's drop down menu which showed a closed tab that included INCEST in all-caps as its title. Two seconds later, she quickly excused herself out of the room which left me with absolutely zero doubt about whether she saw it or not. As soon as she left, I made a finger gun gesture with my hand and put it in my mouth to mimic blowing my brains out.

But half an hour later we were talking over lunch as if nothing happened. And nothing changed whatsoever; I didn't detect even the slightest hint of coldness or unease from her, and I'm very good at detecting when something is off with her. Neither of us talked about what she saw, and I have no intention of ever bringing it up. I'm fine shoving it under the rug and pretending nothing happened.

So yeah, turns out if you don't give your sister a reason to fear or be wary around you for over 20 years, an embarrassing revelation about being into siblings fucking each other won't change that.
