IMO the problem isn't if these games are bad but the sequels shouldn't be about the current cast.
They are not your typical heroes who did things for fame, glory, money, love. They're just bunch of kids forced to fight by a butthurt tank and trying their damnest to survive. They should retire and at worst be mentors to the new cast who could be their fans/descendants who will bite more than they can chew thinking war is fun.
