It's not running, brisk walking - for my optimal fat burning rate I do 4.5kmh for 1/2 hr at 10 degrees, then 1/2 hr at 6 degrees.
I do it everyday - along with 4 days of weight training.
Since I lost the weight it has stayed off - it doesn't yoyo.
I eat maintenance calories - I am not hungry.
I have tried exercise bikes and elliptical machines. Treadmill was the best for me.
