If you're talking about these guys, they were given a big leap attack that's more likely to happen if you're far away. If you're jumping or in the air when they pull it off, you won't get touched. If you've only played vanilla Q2 and weren't exposed to any of the Q2 expansion changes, it should all largely feel like an improvement; some things were buffed, some were nerfed.
