Chuck looks out at the dust tower the HQ of the infamous Dust King and he begins to think. He has been fighting the bandits and criminals in the Border Zone for the last few days but there obviously has been no real progress. How can one truly beat the agents of Narko simply beating them in to the dirt sure dose put the fear of Okran in to them but memory is a fickle thing and soon they are back on the path of Narko, They need to be properly corrected but who to do such a task? the UC is out of the question its nothing but a den of Narko's devils but would the Paladins really be a better option? They have grown soft and no mater how many they drag of to rebirth none of them ever get truly purified. As Chuck was contemplating the problem he faced there came a sudden realization Okran had already given him the answer Chuck would use the hands he was gifted by Okran to build a place where he could bring the sinners and the misguided and teach them the love of Okrans Fist so that both their body and soul may be purified of Narkos darkness.

I want to set up a base cam where I can make prisoners do pointless manual laborer and/or some other form of suffering I'm just not sure where to put it jet.
