For music, V-Moda M100's were unironically the best pair of headphones I've ever owned.

I have Sennheiser HD560's I use for gaming, along with some IEM's (Simgot EM6L and Linsoul Hidizs MP145), but nothing is as pleasant as the V-Moda's.

They're also indestructible, I've dropped them so many times...
