If enough of his scary skely priests are "killed", his army is immediately fucked and he has to retreat or potentially suffer massive permadeath losses if he hasn't already. Tomb Kings don't get to replenish their numbers with fresh bodies like VC do, if one of their boney lads gets obliterated while he's down he's just gone for good. Every time Settra leaves the Land of the Dead, he does so with a (slightly) smaller army, otherwise TKs would easily btfo the setting in a nonstop no-sleep blitzkrieg.
