The bad guys were a bunch of aliens that started appearing on the ship. They'd have a crew member dissapear and somewhere else on a ship there'd be a random gay alien. It was slow at first but by the end it was one every other minute. The aliens arrived and immediatly started complaining about how the lights were too bright and teh ship was too warm and demanding to be accomodated.
Janeway, as a woman, initially was acommodating them but then they figured out something was going on in that scene I posted.
Turns out it was a kikish way of trying to steal the ship. They transported the whole crew out into essentially a human zoo.

Picrel is Morn. It's a joke because he was a recurring character in the show that never said anything and just sat at the bar in quarks.
Everyone talked about how cool he was and what a great friend he was, but he just sat there.
I think he was originally meant to be a reference to cheers, because people would walk in the bar and say hello to Morn, and Cheers had a character called Norm that people would always say hello to then they walked into the bar.

I think April was in the animated series but I've only watched it once and that was decades ago.
