Cool, even if it was, show it, have the characters interact about it. Asa thought of Yoru as a friend and she stabbed her in the back ten times over.
There is even the pressing question on why Yoru hasn't killed Asa yet, which is absolutely something Asa should/would be questioning. From Yoru's end, Asa is once again being disobedient, if she had more guts or if she was any slower at dodging the chair, as far as the characters know she could have died. If Asa dies, War respawns in hell with no memories and Yoru's plan goes completely to shit, you'd think that would be an important topic for her to address.
Again, SHOW IT don't just imply it, implying this is dogshit. Why would you imply the more emotionally weighted moments in the story? that's like just implying that Aki gave up on chasing Gun Devil because he couldn't bear losing Denji and Power.
