Exactly how I picture it. Rin gets Archer as usual and has to face off against Sakura. For some reason Zouken decided to fully train her in magic and wants her to win the Grail rather than just keep her as a guinea pig. Sakura would probably learn darker Matou spells, and something to counter the Tohsaka martial skill like maybe how to set traps or something similar. Sakura getting Saber Alter and Shirou with Assassin or Caster would be so fun to watch.
Tokiomi would probably be cumming in his grave at the idea of both sisters having a chance at the root.
