>are you gonna teach in an university?
That's the plan. That or I work for somewhere like RAND. I would be working there already if I wasn't too autistic in my interview there...

>i think learning a new language is always worth the effort if u can do it
Maybe. I guess it depends how long I'll be here for. If I end up getting a job here I definitely should.
>i suppose ur not downloading any new ones 4 a while then!
I downloaded a few more the other day. If I see what looks like a useful footnote I'll grab it.
>Ur like the most liked character in these threads methinks!
I'm flattered.
>Do stuff like T3s happen often?
Pretty often in Summer. About 10 a year, I think.

Dogs are wonderful. Mine always cheered me up whenever I felt like garbage. Until she started barking at me to play, at least.

>way 2 unstable 2 b a fulltime job
Stock brokers get paid very well. They're not using their own money...
>have u read about it? What is it?
Up until the late 90s there was an area of Kowloon that just kept expanding into a massive blob. It was basically completely unregulated with no police presence. A lot of refugees from the mainland lived there since rent was very cheap.

I just need palatable sauces I can make in a minute...
> how dangerous is it to go around in bike inside the city?
Suicidal on Hong Kong island, probably not too bad on Kowloon since it's a lot flatter. I think newer developments like TKO have cycle paths but that's about an hour from Central.

That's a bit too chilly for me now but it's not too bad with a hoodie on.
>wdym?
Chatbots and AI algorithms in government are commonplace there. I don't have anything to back up the cultural thing, it's just my best guess.
>if ur 2 diligent the supervisor might give u moar work 2 do with AI
That's true. If he asks me to change my thesis to AI I will politely say that I would rather drop out than do that for the next three years.
>higher quality is overated imo. As long as i can discern what's happening on the screen i am satisfied
I've been spoiled by high quality P2P encodes for the last decade...

>just answer honestly. no point in lying
Too high and they won't hire you, too low and you're leaving a lot of money on the table.
