some things that could help:

>buy her clothes she will enjoy maybe sit down with her and look at clothes and affirm that she would look cute in it if she gets all brainwormy about it (not recommended with underwear/swimwear)

>affirm her regularly important here is to not make it repetitive and stale don't always use the same words or like short sentences that can long term lead to sadness too since the repetitiveness can make us feel like we aren't heard properly it can also lead to frustration so be a little creative and sometimes write a bigger text it does help!

>give her a choice! what do i mean by it? if she is down ask her what she needs!!! does she need distraction? space? does she wanna talk about it? or does she need comfort being direct shows her that you really care that you want to do the right thing and if she tells you she needs space respect it! this one is prob the most important in my opinion

>if she is affected by the brainworms try to get her to use 4chan less... it's quite brainworm inducing and if she really can't quit be there try to show her the more positive threads encourage her to positivity post and give other ppl hope and help them! it rubs off just like the bad stuff does

>make her feel loved just be there women esp trans women who are insecure often get cold when someone tries to be nice and caring since many are not used to it they will think its fake or you just wanna take advantage being there for someone can take lots of time and effort and it's not always gonna be rewarding and she might lash out its good to know that dont give up on her if you love her its hard for her esp but it will be hard on you too always be there
