Yeah if the monsters are not constrained by video game AI then it will be significantly harder. Hollows are probably still fine since they're kinda zombie brained by lore and not exactly trained (undead soldier flailing around is evidence of that). But Taurus demon could as well be Nosferatu Zood from Berserk in terms of fighting ability.
