I do 8 sets (Incline DB, Machine flyes and Lower Cable Pres; 3-3-2 sets respectively). My bro did my workout plan for me and put emphasis on my back as per my request. But I feel my chest getting behing so I'll probably increase focus there. Any other problem areas I should focus on?
