I have really sensitive nips so it felt the same as usual kind of like micro orgasms except when I got my first drop it felt noticibly wet. Unfortunately you don't actually squirt when you first induce its literally just a single drop then the drop gets bigger every time until you leak. Then over time that leaking turns into little squirts and then over time you get a thicker stream. It's all very gradual so that part is annoying but it feels amazing and I really love the taste
