Doctor Whoopmeiners is a Dutch science fiction television series broadcast by the NPO since 1963. The series, created by Sijmen Nieuwman, K. E. Wever and Dirk Wilsens, depicts the adventures of an extraterrestrial being called the Doctor, part of a humanoid species called Time Gainers.
