To add to what >>715604414 said, the version that everyone uses for online play is the US release with game ID "GRSEAF." You also have to remember that the game takes the save file from host's emulator, so whatever key mappings you've set up inside the game (settings -> controls) won't be there if you're not the host. The key mappings inside the emulator still hold, so I recommend mapping some buttons to C-stick inside Dolphin to take advantage of the default SC2 control as much as possible and only remap one or two buttons inside the game each time. Here's an example. Then I just remap C-stick up from A+B+K to B+G inside the game each time.
