If you're talking about Sora, it has been (intermittently) unusable since yesterday. It seems to have kind of recovered atm (around 3 minutes to process a prompt), let's see how long it lasts (and if they will revert the 2 variations limit).

You should try Copilot, this is what it said when I tried the same prompt used for picrelated:
