Good, they deserved a glow up. It's more fun to have equally strong enemies, than it is to be so significantly stronger/your enemies rules are broken, or the inverse. Rather face the TSons, them being masters of magic, using really fast and punchy melee Wolves, than basically flavorless legion agnostic level Wolves. The +2 to set up is bullshit since 2/3 of the special units we have can't use it.
