That's the result of assorted shitposting and fucking around in paint.net from ~year and a half ago on /v/. The hand was referenced to that nig being part ogryn so I just did a quick hackjob to fix it for medium portrait size and never bothered going back since the full portrait is almost never used in the actual game. Same for the lower coat mixmatch.

Good memory. Can't remember where I got the hair from but I think it was from one of the BG2 portraits I have lying around. The fur and part of the coat was from some dynasty warrior fujoshit prettyboy I got off google.
