According to A Schizo Show (the after-stream show run by the VGL streamers), if nobody steps up to be the new caretaker/manager, but the thread wants the team to continue, then the VGL guys can basically put the team on "life support" for a maximum of one tournament. That would basically mean just basic autopilot tactics and stuff, and we wouldn't have as much say on some of the inner workings of the team. I might be wrong about all this, though. I've never followed a team where this has happened before.
