The twist is such an integral part of the franchise nowadays so i have mixed feelings on it. But i am a prequel defender so its kind of hypocritical of me to say the twist cheapened vaders character when the prequels were spawned out the twists plot point. Revenge of the sith is genuinely my favorite star wars movie also and thats where anakin as a character outside of vader shines the best.
