I have prior experience dealing with /vg/ retardation as I was(maybe still am) the sole non-commander officer for [wartg] of /wtg/. In the several years of playing, I can count on a single hand the number of people I've had to kick for anything other than inactivity.
Kicking for inactivity will occur on an as-needed basis and in relation to general thread activity. When necessary, the one who has been inactive the longest (above a certain threshold so we're not having a 3 hour turnover rate or anything), will be sent to the glue factory.
