Yeah, I alluded to that in the last sentence. Shaddiq's behavior is reasonable in the drama cd and would have been even if he wasn't planning a coup. His behavior in the anime is not, as he won't commit to the decision he made here and becomes obsessed and possessive. That's shown well with Sabina, who in the drama cd is supportive of Shaddiq teaming up with Miorine but in the anime does her best to steer him clear of her.

I wish there was more of Miorine interacting them in fics. Henao's surprisingly sassy.

Miorine also did it to complete her mom's work. If all she cared about was saving Suletta from Prospera's clutches, she could have gotten Rajan to deal with her.
