RR is the best AT weapon on bots just for being able to OHK everything, outside of sub-/objectives.
Dogs? Eyeshot.
Hulks? Anywhere.
Tanks? Anywhere.
The only reason why you'll get people telling you otherwise is because they want to feel unique and quirky for going "haha but at least its nor the RR, r-right?"
Ammo might become an issue at times, but POIs and some outposts have ammo boxes lying around anyway, and if you dont waste your shots on dumb bullshit like dropships, you'll do just fine.
