is discord really as bad as people claim?

i feel like i'm one of the last teamspeak using boomers and every time i tried discord, it was full of post-post-POST-meta-ironic xooblers, bunny eared e-girls with pink headsets and name in cursive fonts and everybody had e-relationships with somebody else on the server.
the constant horny baiting, ironic goreposting, brainrot memes and internet teenage drama didn't really help.

we're talking about a WoW guild discord here btw. when warzone was big, i would join one of those CoD WZ community servers and those were even worse.

obviously it's not the software's fault, but teamspeak and vent never looked like the fucking zoomer slop hellhole that discord seems to be.
