After replaying the beta today, it's not as bad as I first thought. It has its moments but I think I'll wait until they release more maps and the game is on sale.

I wish the devs were more ambitious and experimented with what War in the future might look like (drones, robot soldiers piloted by ai, soldier augments). This is painfully generic and completely outdated when it comes to futuristic or even present warfare.
