For a world so overwhelmed and enveloped by armed conflict, there are places where you can go such as Myanmar, The Philippines, Ukraine, Mideast [Syria/Iraq] or South America and join a volunteer force.

The question is not of your physical ability but is of your drive and motivation. Do you think there aren't volunteers with more problems you have? There are plenty. Legally speaking, of course, joining such organizations is uhhh... Bad or whatever. So uh, like, if you're an American just like join whatever one has the US interests in mind the most.
