Nowhere in the Codex does it say that Wraithbone is mined, and in fact there's several mentions of Bonesingers.
The reason nobody cared about that is because the leaks made it sound way worse, when in reality all GW did was say it's a composite material.
Which makes sense considering even as a Warp-based material it still has to be mare out of something substantial.
It's the equivalent of saying
