Polaroid has a cool analog look. They did become trendy again in the 2000s too. So did the Holga and Diana cameras, they were selling them at clothing stores at the mall. I wonder how many people got filtered by it just being a plastic box with a plastic lens.

They can skip and get scratched. Digital seems more reliable. People will argue vinyl is the highest quality recording. And cassettes have the analog appeal. The audio on CDs is extremely compressed and very low quality, so I don't know.
