Exceedingly difficult because you need someone who posted somewhere about gender issues a long time ago, and didnt delete their account and still post using the same account, and most people are embarrassed and delte their account, or just move on and live life and you never get follow ups. But they are out there. In fact you often hear about people's parents who tell them that they used to wish they were a boy or girl, and then they never end up transitioning. The op usually deletes their account, but then you have the people in the comments, some of which say they feel exactly the same way, and if you look at recent history, they are not trans. they "grew out of it" for lack of better phrase. all that is to say, it absolutely does happen. lots of people that dont obess about their gender and live life as their birth sex
