According to my playtime after beating the final boss, I played for 33 hours, much of which is me fucking around to try to find secrets, the game is full of hidden places, the game does seem a bit empty in some areas, but it has plenty of action, some places are full of enemies too.
The only thing I disliked about it is how utterly useless rear weapons are and that the NPC quests are structured like dark souls, in which NPCs will disappear or die unless you do some cryptic shit, the gameplay is fun, fast and fluid.
I recommend it specially if you like mecha games, since it is armored core but with anime girls basically.
