Anyway, OP, if you're still interested, check out Chick Corea's "Is". I'd say it's somewhat accesible and from there on you can start getting into other free jazz albums. Personally, I'd suggest starting in reverse order; the title track is easily the hardest to get into. Let me know if you like it.
