A great tool to gather information but I am also hoping for someday to be skillful enough to improve this spell and learn to transfer my consciousness to another body
I'm not exactly interested in eidolon (rather than a second mind I would rather have a better mind) or annihilation (not planning to make too much trouble, let alone with anything that needs that spell). but myrmidon's calculus was a close second because of the perfect memory.

love doesn't really give me a tangible benefit but just being able to study magic without it feeling like a chore is a godsend
imitation, I want his magic, her magic, your magic, I want everyone's magic
dexterity, precision is vital for casting, I don't want to accidentally miswrite a rune only for it to blow up in my face

mental sanctuary to better memorize and store all my stolen knowledge and because more mind spells means more mind knowledge which could lead me a step further towards improving my final spell
glamour resonance because it doubles as illusion defense and illusion making
compel because it's good for information gathering or just turning someone's greater numbers into their weakness. also it might allow me to paralyze enemy mages so I can steal their knowledge with memory transfer

I do not have any direct offense but I am hoping the dexterity skill to let me use throwing knives or a bow as my weapon of choice

Now I don't plan to have grand adventures or defeat great foes, I'm going the frieren route of just travelling around looking for new and interesting magics for me to study and learn
