Clark County does have one aggravated stalking case under Chase’s name. However, the case number in the public records and the case number in Ryback’s posted guilty plea don’t match up at all. I’m not familiar with the process, but if Chase pleaded guilty, then the status of the case wouldn’t say “Bound Over”, would it? Wouldn’t the public records mention that he pleaded guilty?
