It's definitely jumping off the deep-end, since SS2 has so many additional systems and mechanics that you need to account for. Cyber modules/RPG opportunities, making sure you're not putting too many or too little resources, setting up enemy encounters, keycards, battery doors, ect. And then you have shit that cannot be edited entirely in the editor like audio logs where you need to edit the strings. And thats just the modding part, you need custom portraits and voices for the audio logs too, another anon a few threads ago mentioned he wouldnt mind voiceless logs, realistically thats probably the way to go. Im hoping that FMeditor might be easier/more accessible when it gets SS2 support, but theres definitely a reason as to why Blind Disposition was the most recent SS2 FM, and why its almost a decade old now.
