I did a new save and that Akavir mod started immediately so I didn't level up before doing it. I'm now stuck in a cave with level 1, no items, 1 HP, and a disease that is preventing my HP and stamina from recovering.

Is there a store where I can buy potion of cure disease assuming I can outrun the wild animals with my low stamina. I refuse to use tgm since that would be taking the easy way out.
