Since people are talking about Talent points and whatnot, I want to use this opportunity to bring this talent up.
This does not work the way it says it does. First of all, It does NOT trigger once you hit 10 Stacks of Forceful. Instead, it triggers once you LOSE one or all of your stacks from 10.
This means that for the most part, you will never EVER lose it and trigger the talent, UNLESS you have Arbites Vigilant, which causes you to lose all stacks and gain 25% Strength.
This isn't too bad, BUT the only skill that basically lets it work throws everything on the ground and you only have 3 seconds at that point.
It is not worth it.
