1. People disliked paying tax troops, and RoWs gave them ways to avoid that. Now the tax is HQ (GW is shilling them), but it's less. And Prime slots are carrots on a stick urging you forwards, instead of tax beating sticks needing to be overcome before you can start bringing what you want.
2. It's literally pic related. A minigame of fitting pieces in their places. What goes where, how many can you fit. Accounting, 30k, Diablo; I keep finding myself playing Fit the Pieces. Maybe it's an autism thing
