It won't happen but DD2 is an incredibly easy game to fix. It's main issue is not that it was a BAD game, it was simply unfinished. Adding in the rest of the main story and fleshing out the sidequests that were clearly not done doesn't take a lot of thought processing to get done. What else does it need?
>Rebalance combat, which is now too far in the favor of the player
>Large enemies need to be more stun/stagger/knockdown resistance, as well as be more aggressive
>Enemy diversity is a problem, add in a few new mobs and add some cheap alternate versions of existing ones
>Flesh out the "endgame" post title-drop portion of the game a bit more because holy fuck it's so cool but so much wasted potential
A pipe dream i've always had would be for them to add something with more replayability so that the pawn system doesn't go to waste, give people a reason to keep checking in on the game and work with their or other players pawns instead of just quitting the game and uninstalling.
