The irony is that Takaya thought the endings in Command were the perfect way to end the series because everyone got to choose the ending they wanted. He said moving forward the next game would either be a prequel or take place somewhere in the middle of the timeliness. So technically none of command is Canon, yet it all is. Just a shame it made Kyrstal such a bitch but at least it has the pure vanilla kind of ending I like.
