This quest was cringe though

>killed thousands of daedra, including countless other spider deadra as well as deadra that are stronger than spider deadra
>your character forgets that and has to barter with one
>her "deal" isn't actually a negotiation, it's actually just she keeps one or she keeps both, those are your options
>your character, who has slaughtered countless deadra equal and stronger than her, has to just say ok to her one sided unfair deal

I kept the couple together, since they're under a delusion that they're living happily ever after together in paradise, which I felt was better than one of them living with the knowledge that their love is trapped in a spider vampire nest. Which goes against my usual policy of always going with the bad truth over a sweet lie, but the entire quest was already not what my character would do so I said whatever.
