id say its pretty fundamental. we had to go to camp in 5th grade, and i have fond memories there, mostly because i got to square dance with some girls i liked in my class.
i was a boy scout, and this was when the started letting in girls. i had a friend meet his current girlfriend there about 3 years ago, but i never really talked to girls since i did the stereotypical "man" activities (shotgun and rifle, fishing, chess, metal working)
