My TruFlat RCA CRT is making a loud, high pitch sound on certain inputs only, whether there are devices attached and powered on to those inputs or not. It seems to be intermittent rather than chronic. Is my TV on the way out? Is there anything I can do to try to fix it without zapping myself to death?
